Behind prompted. is Maurizio Liberante, a Belfast-based strategist and facilitator with deep experience at the intersection of AI, industry, and sustainability.

As AI Program Manager at Factor Law, Maurizio supported the ideation, development and stand-up of AI-forward products such as Sensemaker Academy and SenseDesk, blending technical implementation with commercial strategy and responsible innovation. Now at Harbor Global, Maurizio advises clients in the implementation of AI tools related to Contract Intelligence.

He has built partnerships with universities, launched community-driven initiatives like RAICA (Responsible AI for Climate Action), and actioned the integration of use of AI in global organisations.

With a background in economics and operations, and a track record of turning complex systems into accessible, actionable programmes, Maurizio brings a unique ability to help people and organisations engage with AI in a way that is clear, contextual, and grounded in real-world impact.
